Ripoff deceptive sales techniques and poor customer service

My wife called Fiber-Cleen to get an estimate to have our furniture cleaned and subsequently set up an appointment after being told that they used all natural cleaners and would definately be able to get out the stains. They showed up and were very courteous while they were here. The owners were the people to show up. While they were here they said they would not clean the pillows and arm covers because they were "a pain in the butt to clean."

When I came home from work I noticed that the stains were still there and things were not clean. After asking my wife about things, I decided to call the company to complain. I was told that there were no guarantees on stains and that it states this on the back of their invoice. I told them that I was not satisfied and the woman on the phone asked another gentleman if he would like to talk to me and I heard this response in the background, "NO! I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO HIM!!!" Then I was asked to call back the next day. This occured on 2/7/07.

I would like my money back for the service or at least to have them cleaned again, but not at my expense. I already spent $138.78 to have the stains taken out of my furniture that did not come out. The whole reason to have the furniture cleaned is to get out the stains. They knew that is why we were having them cleaned. If they could not get out the stains, then they should've said so and we would not have had them clean the furniture.
