Rip off, non payment

CPS is a security company which does fraud, a company in which they all of a sudden call you in the middle of the night to give you supposed overtime hours, When the check arrives you see that those hours are missing and haven't been paid, then they claim that the payment for those hours will come on the next check and it never does. They give you a schedule, send you far for 8 dollars of minimum wage, more than 50 miles. They come up with the excuse that they are giving a lot of hours so they are only paying minimum wage. When you go and complain with human resources she doesn't want to help anyone who speaks Spanish, a very rude woman that she is. Also when they don't want to pay any of the hours the supervisor simply takes those hours out of the system.in particular there is a supervisor who tries to take pictures of guards to make it look as if they are sleeping so they can simply fire the employee without any real motive. There's also times in which they take your post away without informing you first, you arrive to your job and then you see someone else has replaced you. This company does not care anything about the employee's who are pretty much qualified to succeed in this field. The employers also have preferred employees who they actually pay miles for being rovers which isn't fair in my view. They usually hire quickly because employees just leave due to all these problems. It's a very evil company which is doing a lot of fraud to it's employees.
