Scammed tennant out of monies not owed, lost rental payment, then charged late fees to tennant, instead of admitting they did something wrong. Ask yourself " What is the RIGHT thing to do?" This

I paid my rent 8 days early, manager failed to give me a reciept, then not 2 weeks later, I recieve a 5-daynotice (certified), that I have not paid my rent. So I had to run a trace on the money order, this took the money company about 4 weeks. Then, instead of admitting they lost my money order, they charged me late - fees.

I would not put in this report if I had NOT paid my rent. I learned a valued lesson from this, and that is " TRUST-NO ONE ", and " GET A RECIEPT "! People will scam you any way they can.
