Ebay user Theif After A Free DVD

I sent this person an excellent condition dvd which was brand new, i just had 2 copies. She was sent the dvd which she then proceeded to report me about saying it was scratched and didn't work, put in a case on ebay and left me negative feedback. She then e-mailed me asking for a refund and an additional dvd as compensation. It was brand new! Checked and verified by at least three people.

She isa liar and attempted theif how are these people sleeping at night!
