David Rosenblatt, Jillygames Dishonest, cheating and lying

I agreed to pay for an item on eBay with a description describing the game as in 'Excellent Condition, perfect' with a 'full manual', in its original case and so on. Long story short, I believed I was buying an excellent lightly used copy of one of my favorite games.

The game I was sent was in terrible condition. The discs were scratched, the case was broken and was a single-disc case (the game is a two-disc game) and the 'manual' was nothing more than the front and back covers from the original manual cut and cropped to fit into the already broken case.

When I sent a message to 'jillygames' demanding that the problem be fixed, I recieved a message stating to simply return the game and that I would receive a refund.

No refund came.

I continued to try to get ahold of 'jillygames' but all of my messages were ignored until I opened a dispute. At that point I received a message stating that 'the game worked perfectly fine and that I was not entitled to a refund'.

Finally, I had to close the dispute. EBay was no longer willing to make any additional efforts on my part and so I left a negative feedback.

I was ripped off. Granted, $10.50 is not going to break the bank but the simple fact that not only am I out of $10.50 but I don't have the game and I will NEVER look on eBay ever again for any games of any sort (this was not the first case I had a problem with but the first case I felt truelly ripped off).

I am filing this report because I refuse to allow this issue to 'just drop'. I need this person to understand that they can NOT run off with someone's money and expect the problem to just 'go away'. I also know that I am not the only person who had been ripped off by this individual.
