Ripoff they would not honor sales prices they had on items I had just recieved 2 days ago are on sale 25% off today! I am ripped off!

I just recived the same items 2 days ago and got a catalog today with the same things on sale @ 25% off. When I talked to the customer service people and was told I did not get the discount because I did not use the discount code in the catalog. They tried to tell me regular stores would not honorr the discount. I told them any store that I have ever shopped at if I purchased something 2 days ago and it went on sale that quick have glady reimbursed me the differance. The thing of it is I had ordered the things and had them overnighted because I needed one of the items I had ordered and it was not on sale in the book.
I told them take me off their mailing list and send me final bill, they have lost a customer. I also told them I bet I would not be the last.
They will not rip me off again!!!
