Beware of Thane.com False Advertisement, Missing Items

We bought 2 Flavorwave Turbo Platinum from Thane.com website, and we checked with the sale person on the phone and was told there is no discount for repeating customers. The package came with missing cook book as listed on the itemized list inside the box. While waiting for the 2 oven to be delivered, we place another order for the 3rd oven, again we were told by the sale agent at the customer services 1 888-721-4097 that there is no discount for repeating customer. When we received the first order, there was a letter inside offer 10% off the next total purchase. We also received the same letter inside the 3rd oven box. When I called, Thane.com customer service did not honor the discount and ask us to buy more. Well, they did not pack all items as listed on the receipt, and said that they will send the missing item 5 weeks after we notify them. Thane also does not honor their own discount offered in their welcom letter.
