Ripoff

On December 27, I went into Cumberland Farms Store at 801 Washington Ave.in Portland. I simply asked the clerk (Matthew Flaherty) for two Megabuck tickets. He gave me a (one) ticke with two numbers. I told him I needed (two) seperate tickets. He became frustrated and extremely rude. I told him that's what I wanted and gave him back the ticket. At that point he told me to "SHUT UP" and said I should "SPEAK UP" so that he could hear me the first time. This was obviously a very ignorant, unedcuated person. He became aggressive with me instantly. When I asked him what is name was he screamed in my face it's MATTHEW FLAHERTY and I can call the cops if you like for me to!!!

I've had problems in this particular store before and had reported bad behavior to their Regional Manager and the people in the store continue to treat me rudely because of this.

I'm assuming Matthew's nasty, aggressive attitude towards me stems from my previous incident with another rude employee there. The Regional Manager agreed with me when I reported the first incident and told me if anything ever happens again, to let him know. Well I guess it's back to the Regional Manager. It is incredible how people think they can treat you rudely and think they can get away with it? I'm sick of this harrassement from this particular store.
