Bought a Swirler Luxurious sprinkler in OCT... Item ceased operating within 30 days... Have now been attempting to achieve customer support through email, telephone, online talk - no fortune with no return of emails, VM container was complete per pre recorded concept, and online talk not backed by my browser. Avoid this absurd "organization". Items are packed properly plus they guarantee a lifetime guarantee... They simply did not identify whose lifetime. I bought this sprinkler at complete retail cost in a trustworthy local electronics shop. Is likely to be returning there to tell them to not bring this type of items.
