Run, do not walk, RUN away from this product

MagicJack is easily one of the worst consumer electronic products that I have ever purchased - maybe THE worst ever, actually. Terrible, terrible call quality (even on an 18mBps DSL line). Product continuously had to be rebooted and software reloaded in order to work. Had for almost a year and finally switched to Ooma, which is terrific (but much more expensive for the initial hardware purchase). Don't waste your money or time with this product. Oddly enough, unlike other users, I actually found the customer service to be friendly and helpful - but all through a chat window, no phone support.
