Lousy customer service

I named Honeywell for an change on my thermostat. They insisted I go off the beaten track. I really could not have it back on plus they subsequently stated there is nothing they might do, also it was my issue. I'd to pay for an electrician $175 to place it back on. They ought to inform clients first they can't recommend on the best way to substitute a thermostat, before requiring that it's eliminated. They declined to pay for that charge, stating it had been my problem. They have to better educate their customer support representatives and prevent accusing the client. Do not get any Honeywell products.
