Honeywell Security Corp. Rips off it's customers

Honeywell Home Security did not cancel my service when requested. They continued the service for 10 months and then sent it to a collection agency. I sent them a copy of the cancelation notice (at their request) and after receiving it, they still refuse to acknowledge it. They do not return any phone calls and will not attempt to resolve this matter. Their supervisors state they will investigate and get back to you but don't.
