Unknown order status

I put an order to get a guns lighting ($150) on the web with Copplus. Got my confirmation mail and waited a few times hitting the order status link. Nicely after I did, I acquired site unavailable. And so I subsequently attempted the primary site, it also was unavailable. Fortunate I came across this site and find out that Copplus has some problems I had been unaware of. And so I named customer support, and after examining using the factory, the client service representative informs me he doesn't understand why them hasn't delivered and certainly will need to contact me when he figures it out. This isn't appropriate, unsure whats happening after calling their particular factory. I told the client repetition that I had been worried since the organization site was along as was the links it'd sent me. I advised him that I'll provide it each day or two, normally I'll call-back and stop my purchase. I'm today waiting to determine what goes on, but scanning this website has me considering the corporation is simply screwed-up and really shouldnot be conducting business.
