Didn't receive all my items I ordered!

I put an order March 12 for 3 sets of sneakers just 2 arrived, then following a couple of days I named to determine where my 3rd set was @ the client support representative explained they was on back order and they'll be delivered out 10 times following the 1st purchase. Well it is today May 8th but still no sneakers, attempted calling Customer Support and it simply claims all certics are active call-back. I had been never delivered a update mail to inform me anything. Very unprofessional organization won't reccomend to anybody and certainly will never purchase from their store again.!
