Site is totally unfriendly and customer service is misleading

Positioned An Incredible Auger purchase on Sunday on www.buytheauger.com. Website offered me the chance to buy extra products and simply pay shipping and handling. Website established order, but didn't provide me the choice to see order. Website also didn't provide me a complete cost. I'd to attend until Friday, to make contact with customer support. Offered the Repetition my title and order #. Repetition couldn't find purchase and explained to call-back on Tuesday. Wednesday morning, I examined banking account, and $158.58 was taken for that Amazing Auger along with other components. I however, approached Amazing Auger to stop purchase. Repetition raised order and explained I really could not stop purchase, since it had been on vehicle. I informed Repetition, that I approached them your day before to stop plus they couldn't discover purchase (how handy). I subsequently informed Repetition I had been likely to return purchase for reimbursement. Repetition explained, that I had been accountable for all delivery and handling costs, which pops up to $113.70 and that I was also repsonsible for charges to ship back products. Basically am fortunate, I might return $20.00. Exactly what a rip-off. Website is completely unfavorable and customer support is deceptive.
