I went in to the Lenscrafters within the Provo City focus on Sunday evening about 3 hours before final. The individual that served me didnt clarify issues obviously (very first time purchasing spectacles) and explained that Bifocals are what I needed. He explained they could be prepared at 10:00am 24 hours later (what occurred to 1 time?) I turned up to discover the shop didnt start till 12:00 noon. I returned at 12 midday and also the retail individual didnt actually appear till 12:15. I informed the woman supervisor they created me the incorrect glasses. She explained thats what I requested for and thats what I got. (really rudely) I informed her that I've a astigmatizym in one single attention and also the additional one was good. That I required the glasses to push and read more easily and that I don't need large magnifying pieces about the spectacles. She declined to alter them-and proceeded to become really rude in my experience. Never again can I enter another Contact Crafters so long as I stay. I visited Wallmart and got the spectacles I needed.
