Ripoff terrible customer service hardly ever works

Same as every one else lies on how great the system is but yet never works. I got a few months credit but still more problems. I call evey couple of weeks since I don't like spending 2 hours on the phone.

The last time I called I got people from some foreign country who did not know jack about computers and could hardly speak english.

How do we start a class action suit

Anyone figured how to get out to the contract.
