Ripoff poor product support missrepresentation of product

Let me start by saying that I install satellite systems for a living. I used to install Direcway as well. Due to a very poor system that has never worked correctly for anyone I installed it for, I dont anymore. I even had another installer come over to check mine out and he said the direcway system is a piece of junk.

Ours never worked for more than a day or two at a time. We would then call tech support and IF we could understand them we would get it working for another day or two. Recieving e-mail was next to impossible. Most web sites that I needed to visit due to my business would not even load. I was forced to have my wife download and print them for me at her work. Couple these problems with weather, NOC outages, etc. This system is not worth a nickle.

I must also say that this direcway 6000 system was hooked up to a brand new Dell. Dell tech support told us that the computer settings were fine it was just an ongoing problem with the direcway and they have complaints about them all the time.

We eventually just cancelled and they can try to get the cancellation fee out of me.
