Joe Cooper gave us a reasonable quote. We paid almost 50% more and we received our stuff two weeks late. He did not respond to numerous calls and e-mails. He told us many lies. I would not trust anything this person tells you. Joe Cooper is a liar and the people who work for him are not to be trusted. All of this is true be forewarned.
