I needed a printing company to produce and mail 7,500 letters to a customer mailing list. My girlfriend highly recommended this firm so I went ahead and gave them the job. After 2 months of communication with the salesman "Van Cooper", and designing of the letter along with clear dates that they must be in peoples mailboxes. I was told by Mr. Cooper on at least 4 occasions in a matter of 8 days that the letters had been mailed. After absolutely zero response from the customers I investigated with some postmasters in the region and discovered that they had never seen the letters. They had never mailed a single letter after telling me numerous times that they had, and the salesman never even called me back after I caught him in his lies. I have never been so betrayed and lied to in business. Absolutely disgusting way to operate. These were for a store closing and very important to a small family owned business. I sincerely hope that you would NEVER consider these people for anything. I was shocked when I spoke with one of the three owners, "Kevin Sullivan" and the lack of customer service or desire to complete the job that they were hired to do. I have never been so upset with any business in my life. They had the opportunity to even make things right and the owner refused once again to do the right thing. I am not sure how they have managed to retain any customers at all.
