Rip off

Before Holiday this year, I delivered a little bundle (a-11" X - 14" cover) from my Nearby (Tracy CA) UPS workplace, to Ontario, Canada.

The delivery had been costly—$18, without any hurry, but I thought which was since it needed to travel away from US. While my receiver was designed to obtain it per week later, she got an email declaring that advantages desired one more $50.00 to provide it. Why? UPS costs a "methods duty charge" which was never revealed in my experience at that time of delivery. We equally balked in the cost! While neither people settled it within fourteen days, while we contended the unfairness of the cost with advantages, they confronted to ruin it by friday of this week. We'd to pay for. They cheated us!!! Advantages is just a rip off! Do not utilize them.
