I requested some material out of this site some time before. I was outoftown and advantages was not ready to provide the bundle, which got delivered back towards the organization. A couple weeks approved and that I never noticed something from their website. Then I sent to obtain a return. The response I acquired was:

"The bundle was sent for you, and per advantages you were to get from

Their workplace with a particular period, as you didn't advantages delivered it back again to us.

No refund will be released, what you have to do is deliver the delivery price

Again, so we are able to reship the bundle back."

Obviously, they'd simply maintain my bundle and maintain the cost aswell easily do not inquire about it. Despite I requested, their perspective was "you all messed up & none of our company." What type of customer support is that this!
