Misrepresented their credit card offer and charges for credit card

I saw the ad for usa platinum credit card on the internet. After applying for what i believed was an actual credit card and not some shopping via internet credit card and being charged what i thought was a one time charge of $19.95 for this card i received it in the mail. After looking it over and deciding that it was not what i wanted i was in the process of getting ready to call them and let them know it was not worth $19.95 a month for me to belong to this organization. Lo and behold today when checking my checking account i was charged another $19.95.

I feel this company totally misrepresents itself on the internet and should be more explicit about what it is all about. I want out of the credit card and i want my two months of $19.95 credited back to my checking account. I will never again order something via internet without having someone double check to see how valid it is.
