Charged my checking account $159.95 for a card with $10 credit, credit card RIPOFF

I thought that I was filling an aplication for a paid credit card, but it was not true. I was charged $159,95 from my checking account without any notice. When I called to find what the charge was about they said thst I can ask for any refund because I only have 3 days to cancel. Once the fee was collected I'll receive a card with a $ 10, oo credit. That's the big deal, pay $159,95 for a card with a credit of $10, oo I CALL THAT FRAUD!!!
