I was charged 149.95 from usa credit. I started filling out the paperwork for a cash advance but ended up not submitting for one. The next thing I know this usa credit company has charged my checking account 149.95 and claims they do not have my information on file and will not refund my money. Also no credit card was ever sent to me. They stole my money.
