2 yrs before I'd visited a Tim Hortons late during the night and also the only food they'd quit were Jelly Donuts. I requested one also it was tougher than the usual stone, therefore I talked towards the only females working there. She proceeded to become excessively rude and explained to prevent worrying her (bear in mind, there is NOBODY out in those days). I'm an adolescent and am tired of employees convinced that I'm not really a client they have to deal with with regard.

I e mailed the top office declaring how it's never clean and my donut was so difficult that it had been not delicious. She apologized and stated she'd consider it (even though it hasn't been completed, as donuts continue to be stagnant after 11am). Used to do not really obtain a reimbursement for that low-delicious donut. Exactly why is customer support being reserve?

I've never requested another donut since, the only real moment it's clean reaches 6 am. Same goes due to their caffeine if their not active.
