We believed we'd a 'fixable' problem with this 2-year old heater. Works out we were dead wrong. After two efforts along with a large amount of 'B.S.' specialized vocabulary (producing a $139.95 'support' charge & including a hot water heater service we never actually required)... Ended up they nevertheless couldn't determine precisely the means to fix the issue. Furthermore, I did so provide their very own organization discount for $30 off 'ANY SUPPORT'—that was quickly refused, since that just incorporated providers on main installations like 'pumps' (instance they offered me, not just one I composed).
