Annual Credit Report Request Service Promise all three reports, give one

I wanted to get my free annual credit reports here because of inaccurate information in them. They gave me one. Another was not available at the time. When I followed their instructions to return to the list of bureaus to obtain the second one they told me I had already gotten it, which I didn't.

I recently returned after a couple of months to get another report from one of the other two I had not obtained. They now tell me I received all three the first time.

I wrote them an email from their website with no response.

Below is their 'About Us' section. They apparently say one thing and do another.

Consumers should never provide their personal information to any other company or person for requesting free annual credit reports under the FACT Act.
