Wasted my time

Annualcreditreport.com is a scam in my opinion. Their website is a piece of crap and can't seem to verify the simpliest of information about you in order to obtain your "free" annual credit report from the 3 scum bag credit reporting agencies (Transunion, Equifax, and Experian). Ha, what a joke of a site.

Using their automated telephone request service is just as bad. Their computer cannot seem to recognize a simple yes or no and pushing 1 and 2 on your phone doesn't work so well either.

Ha, I have an old Experian report that has my old address on it and my mortgage account number, but when I fill in the info., like street number, zip code and mortgage account number, their piece of crap website can't verify me. Ummmmmm, if it is on my Experian report shouldn't it suffice to verify who I am. Do they have other info.in their database that is different from what they print out on their reports?

I had the same problems attempting to obtain my husband's "free" annual credit report from the 3 scum bag credit reporting agencies. Didn't matter that I know my address and previous addresses and social security number and driver's license number and mortgage account number and credit card numbers. They just don't really want to give the reports for free and like they are suppose to do annually.

They are just facade so the 3 scum bag credit reporting agencies can act like they are doing what the Federal Trade Commission requires of them. I think they would really want you to become frustrated with piece of crap website and automated telephone service in order to get you to go to their website and pay for your credit report.

Now I don't understand why the 3 scum bag credit reporting agencies think it is okay to collect a bunch of crap information about people and then charge the people in order to see what crap info. They are reporting about them. Who the heck do they think they are anyway?

So, I'm suppose to pay money and waste my time trying to get these scum bags to give me a copy of my report and then waste more time and money on trying to get them to correct their crap information. I don't understand why they are allowed to waste so much of my money and time.
