Your eyeglass product just fell apart

I bought frames from your vision center in February. I was driving when all the suddent the glasses fell apart. Not because of a screw. But, the arm of the glasses which were sodered to the rest of the frame detached. You can see that it was poor craftmanship. I took them to the Walmart in Orlando on Goldenrod where I was rudely told too bad so sad. They had the exact frames in stock. The agent not only agreed that it was nothing that I did ot them; but, said that she has seen this before. So you are selling a product that you know has a defect yet you took my money gladly and then only gave them 3 months to have that issue. After 3 months it is my loss. My employer uses Walmart for their vision plan. Not only will they be hearing about how you do not stand behind what you sell; but so will the manufacturer. These glasses were very expensive and I have frames for sunglassses that I bought off 19dollars.com that are better quality.
You should not sell something that has a defect and just falls apart.
