T-mobile/formely voicesteam suck. Dont ever do business with them.

I cancelled the phone after 2years, paid the last bill in full.

Now 2 years later the say I owe $500.00 to an account i have no idea what it is. I told them that i have no idea what/why owed or if it is even my account.
By the way i had 2 other accounts with them until last month when this came up. How can I owe them money buy yet have two other accounts opened. Anyway, I told them I had fraud against myself, I mail certified letters with all docs regarding the fraud against me. They still wont give me any info regarding this account or phone number. I talked with clark howards team and the said to write a drop dead letter (can be found on clarkhoward.com) they have to stop contacting you. Then it will go back into the hands of t-moble and fight with them I will go to court over this. They cannot collect from you without validating the debt. I will fight fight to the end. I want to see this company go out of business.
Or file a class action lawsuit.
