Nationwide Prospects
Ripoff, bait & switch, order one thing and get something else

As a business person I sometimes purchase names (leads) of people who may be interested in my financial services. I submitted to Nationwide Prospects a list of banks from which to choose, that of which these potential clients currently do business with.

These particular banks were carefully chosen for a reason; being, I may have a product the client may wish to switch over to that may benefit them financially opposed to the one they are currently in. Out of the 1200 names I received only 38 of these leads fell into the criteria I ordered. The customer service was great up until the time I paid for the order. Much to my dismay I was told "I got what I ordered". The owner went on vacation and no other employee could help me out. Upon her return the owner did not call me back but had an employee do so.

They said they would replace the leads but I requested a full refund due to their dishonest business practices, and making me wait 2 weeks for any contact.in the meantime the leads are useless, and the money I have spent on them is nothing compared to the money I lost from not being able to prospect any clients. Other pertinent information was also innacurate in all the leads I received. This company cost me a great deal of time, money and aggravation.
