Charging cc for months with nothing given

BBV* manages to bill credit cards monthly. The fact that the charge is small—$9.95 makes it easy to overlook. Since many of us DO buy movies, the charge seems plausible. My cc company will go back 3 months to refund fraudulent charges, but beyond that I'm out of luck. So I lost $50.By not being attentive.
If anyone knows a way to shut down this business PLEASE do it. 60,000 complainants can hardly be wrong.
