Unauthorized credit card charges

I purchased a discount DVD from Hotmoviesale.com and they started charging my account a monthly membership fee for Bestbrandvalues.com that I never signed up for or even dealt with. I didn't notice that it went on for 5 months. I was able to get 3 of the months back at this point but only with over 25 phone calls and 10 emails and other calls to other authorities. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB in Boca Raton FL and the Commissoner of Consumer Affairs. I have found many other websites with hundreds of complaints about this online company and I am wondering how they are still in business and are able to keep stealing from their unsuspecting customers. My goal is to get them shut down and I have time. Look at this URL and see an example of all the complaints and people being ripped off.
