The 1 person within the customer service division is just accessible from 10 until 4 Mon through Friday and during these hours she does not answer the telephone - ACTUALLY! You've to depart a note and delay... There's no additional individual to achieve by telephone after 4:00 or before 10:00.

Also, when putting the purchase, the 1 customer care individual didn't advise me they need a trademark for products once they are obtained from the client.

This Is Actually The many archaic, inefficient support I've actually obtained, and that I WON'T EVER conduct business with this specific organization again.
