Poor customer service no access to real customer service people or contact information

Can't dial-out however have invested hours about the telephone using their "talk": people. It's nearly autoamated as each 'talk' individual requires exactly the same concerns, I've invested countless hours and hours going right through "repairs" been guaranteed they'd repair it from their servers. Never occurred, they've insultated themselves I can't look for a real address or individual to whom I'd deliver these massive copies of the inefficient support, getting me to get a service I'm not getting. Does anybody understand how to achieve the particular organization? Obviously they have to have customer support, supervisors, actually accountants, and undoubtedly a boss the talk individuals are prohibited to provide out some of that info.
