Never Received Product/No response from customer service

I requested three products tops from nomorerack.com. After a month, I obtained a plastic set of earrings that appeared as if they originated from the dollar-store that used to do not purchase. Per week later, I obtained two of the tops, but I never received the 3rd. It got me atleast one hour to locate customer support telephone number because it isn't on the site. I also delivered a contact to customer support. After I talked using the organization repetition, he explained another shirt had delivered and that I might deliver the earrings back. I told him I had beennot likely to purchase delivery for dollarstore earrings that I never requested. He explained to maintain them. I put them away. He explained his documents confirmed the shirt had delivered and he did not understand what to complete. I told him to credit my card, but he'dnot get it done. He explained to attend another week, and call-back. I've now emailed customer support two more occasions and had no reaction and that I can't achieve customer support by telephone. DON'T WORK WITH NOMORERACK.com if you don't wish to purchase anything you'll not obtain. Additionally, the tops I obtained were poor and never the standard they promoted.
