I was also debited $30.00 from these folks. I tried to call at all times of the day, but it never seemed to be when they were there.
I did goto the website (www.customersupportsection.com) and fill out the form and did get a response saying that I was cancelled from the program (yeah, the one I never signed up for) and that I woul dget a refund to my acccount within 7-10 business days. I will see what happens
