Like many others on this site, I was ripped off by PayDay Loan Protection AKA EZ Loan Protection. I don't know how they were able to access my bank account but they took $30.00 without my authorization.
Of course it's impossible to contact anyone at any of the numbers listed by the company. Based on what I have read here, it sounds like this is not the first time they have done this.
Tomorrow I'll be calling the police in Las Vegas, the Attorney General in my state and Nevada, the FBI (internet fraud), state banking commissions in both states and whoever else I can think of. Also reporting to BBB in Nevada.
