I just requested an example of the item (INSTAFLEX) that I paid $5 delivery... Not a problem. The following point I understand I get another container sent that used to do not purchase, with $75 billed to my charge card. (used to do not really test the merchandise yet.) The 6 pages of the conditions and terms claims that should you are unhappy using the item you'll obtain a complete reimbursement "including delivery and handling". Later within the conditions and terms it claims the client accounts for return delivery??? Complicated and unclear to express minimal. To be able to get your refund you have to return the container vacant or complete, at your cost... Nearly a full refund. I'd not suggest the product due to the inadequate customer support, as well as their concealed car-vessel registration agreement... That needs one to contact them to stop before they deliver the following container. When they were about the up & up, they'd incorporate a return shipment tag as additional product businesses do, like a great company training.
