They send defective products and do not honor their policies

I had been delivered a faulty diaper simply to be informed I'd to cover the delivery costs to truly have the diaper delivered back. I also required the diaper to become returned to my card plus they rejected the present despite the fact that their site obviously claims they take fresh results and certainly will provide a reimbursement for your card should you desired to spot another purchase forward. I put another purchase, however they wont provide reimbursement (only store credit). After paying many emails attempting to determine what could be best. I didn't cope with them again. I really donot advise them. They deliver faulty items, nor recognize their guidelines. Steer clear!
