False Advertising on webpage

1.20% off Britax car seats was not honored on website. Called BRU and after 15 minutes it was honored.
2. Order placed and then the free diaper bag was not honored. Called again and after another 15 minutes order was adjusted to include this advertised diaper bag.
3. On invoice detail of Free Diaper bag it is stated as a MINI diaper bag.

What a PITA to get BRU to honor what they advertise. This is our first child and our first and last purchase from this company. Just spent another $640 on stroller and infant seat elsewhere because I did not want to go through the bait and switch with TRU. Since we have a few more months before due date I am contemplating returning whatever ultimatly shows up at our doorstep from BRU as a statement of our frustration and disagreement with the tactics used by BRU.
