I've been a truworths account-holder for more than 20 years. Using the present economy I've been somewhat in debts therefore created an agreement to pay for the total amount down over a few weeks, that we have already been doing. I currently owe approximately R800 which is compensated at the conclusion of January as organized. I've been hounded by phone centers (Blake) and smsis stating they're giving me around to be in debts. I've spend some time in my own department (La Lucia) attempting to solve this - once they telephone they recognize the agreement. But I NEVERTHELESS continue obtaining intimidating SMs and telephone calls. At my wits end I called client solutions recently to protest. Firstly I had been informed I couldnt protest, then I had been continued store for 20 mins, then I had been GUARANTEED the boss might telephone me back inside the time. It's now-24 hours later and that I still have experienced no telephone call!!! I'm finished with Truworths support. I'll spend by R800 at end-of January and shut my consideration AND NOT purchase there again.
