Our telephone bill is definitely wrong. I'd 2 telephones on my bill. One was taken and that I documented it and had it removed my bill. The following month it had been still on my consideration plus they were stating that i still owed a $40 stability in the month prior. That will be difficult since should you not spend entirely they'll close you down. After 2 hours about the telephone they eventually set it. This month they've once more billed me for that next telephone. Not just that but last month i overpaid my bill and so I wouldn't need to spend this month. They're attempting to bill me $101.00. Our statement is just $45.00 which month I ought to possess a $55 credit no-one can inform me wherever my extra cash last month went. I maintain moving from individual to individual that doesn't comprehend or talk clear language. They hung-up on me since i requested to get a boss. Today my telephone is down and that I can't actually reach customer support until i spend the statement. What I will do!!! Plz recommend smb!
