If you are reading this PLEASE, I beg you PLEASE, do not trust Richard Craig Tadlock. Please do a thorogh back ground report on him and contact references of clients he worked for as well as previous employers. Ask him to explain his behavior in Virginia and South Carolina, and Maryland. This man is bad and systematically destroyed my buisiness and the homeowners he signed contracts with. Do yourself a huge favor and just dont return his calls or let him in your home. He is more than likely working for a General Contractor and is ripping them off as well. Ask why he needs 10% commission off the front end of a newly signed contract. Make sure the contractor has cash on hand. Ask why does the contract need to be 80% paid when only 50% done. Spare your family and do not deal with this fat man with gray hair!!!
