I got $150 perm burns in my head from Craig Bs salon. I was misinformed

I walked into craig Bs salon on May 6th to ask questions about my hair. I havent been to a salon in years. I had braids in my hair at the time. I asked Craig how long should I wait after taking my braids out can it be permed (relaxed). He said the same day.

I also asked about coloring my hair aint you supose to wait two weeks. I wasnt to sure about that because I was always told in the past that you have to wait a certain amount of days before you can perm & color hair. Craig asked me where have I been? You can color and perm the same day now, you don't have to wait.

So I made an appointment to come in the next day. Craig was very rough. Very heavy handed. I felt like he was trying to scub my hair off my head. My scalp was burning from the products. After he washed out the chemicals and put conditioner on my head it felt alot better. I didn't like the hair cut he gave me.

When I asked him why was my hair cut lopsided and some of my old hair wasn't cut he said its supose to look like that. The cut he gave me didn't look like the picture I showed him.

My scalp starred to ache after leaving Craig Bs. My hair didn't stay straight looking it got super frizzy. The next day my husband noticed I had a burn on the back of my neck in the hairline. I had one large burn on the crown of my head and several small burns. Not even two days later my hair lost its body and it was so dry and frizzy. So I paid $150 for an unsatified service.
