Charged my bank account $39.99 without notification, said it was automatic renewal for membership

Companies that use bait and scam practices such as Classmates.com are damaging the internet. I'm going to try and get a law passed to make these types of practices illegal. They are destroying the internet, it might as well be robbery a felony offense to take money illegally out of peoples accounts just because you have their credit card numbers. I was automatically re-enrolled in a company I had recieved a notice for them getting sued for the same practice they continue to do, where is the attorney general.
