I had been offered a-2 year "no problem requested, provide it in to the shop and we shall change it, " alternative guarantee for my printer. After one year it quit operating, I delivered towards the store plus they stated that I'd need to deliver it in, they don't consider them in the shop. That's not what I bought! The supervisor stated there is nothing he might do, but contact the DM 24 hours later. He recognized my disappointment which many more experienced exactly the same method but that corp had created the change. That is completely INCORRECT. They ought to recognize that which was offered and create the change by quit promoting this sort of guarantee. I'll never store at Staples again. Not get "stapled"
