I bought a computer and a printer at the Denton store approximately one year ago. Rescently, the printheads jammed on the printer. I called the store and was told there was nothing that they could do for me. The printer has been sitting on my desk for several months because I did not know how to set up the allegedly replacement printer. Another manager from a different office supply store sent out one of his representatives, even though he knew that I didn't buy it from him. This was not a replacement, as I was promised with all of the warranties that I had purchased. Several of the parts from the original printer had to be put on the "replacement." I use that term very loosely since Staples does not seem to know what the word means. The other representative discovered that the printheads were misssing. When I called Staples yesterday, I was told that i should have removed them. How am I supposed to remove them when I didn't even know what they were in the printer. I have now had to order new printheads. The original purchase was for approximately two thousand dollars. I will never buy anything in your store again.
