Printer model Brother MFC-9320CW is not working after 6 months. Bought extended warranty from staples. Manager sold us it by saying "this will cover anything at all. You don't need to bring it in and we guarantee you wont be without a printer." We have been without a printer for 10 days. The manufacturer has sent us instructions on how to fix it ourselves?
I don't pay my employees to spend hours fixing other peoples defective products (their "fix" didn't work.) The store says it is a manufacturer problem and cant return it. Themanufacturer says we can try another fix. I bought an additional warranty with this product. No printer, no fix, and no refund= no integrity! Do not buy from staples!!!
